Needle tail in clinic

That I like to cause my objects pleasurable pain is no secret. Today I put needles on the tail. I start above the sack and slowly work my way up needle by needle. Last but not least, I also needle the foreskin together. During my treatment today I wear a red Pvc apron and blue latex gloves.
